Extreme Conditioning LLC was founded in 2009 after nearly two years of exercise research with a variety of functional movements and exercises done at a high intensity. Since being introduced to high intensity functional training in early 2007 we were convinced that the fitness industry needed a functional training solution that would accommodate multiple users and offer a wide variety of exercises. Now, after over two years of research and development we are proud to introduce the Crossfire Conquest, an American made functional training system that will help facilities of all types introduce, coach and organize functional training. Our Patent Pending Crossfire Conquest provides over 100 different functional movements in 8 stations and occupies an area that is approximately 20’ x 20’. The design of the Crossfire Conquest blends traditional "old school" olympic weightlifting and new cutting edge functional exercises while maximizing your space. Our unit has been designed specifically for Health Clubs, Gyms, Personal Training Studios, Police/Fire, Military, Mixed Martial Arts and High School/Collegiate fitness facilities. You need equipment that is innovatively engineered for the most demanding facilities and our machine delivers.
